How to Lose One Pound Per Week

Cut 500 calories a day.  Sound like a lot?  Not really.  Here’s how:

- Burn 250 calories in extra activity (swimming, walking, chores, etc.)

- Eat 250 fewer calories (smaller portions, fewer snacks, no seconds, etc.).
