Adequate Sleep
Did you know that lack of sleep can lead you to make bad eating decisions? The University of Chicago has new research showing that a sleepless night can lead you to snack more than you would if you got a good night’s sleep, adding over 1,000 calories to your daily calorie intake. The research defines lack of sleep as 5 1/2 hours or less a night. So, cut over 500 calories and live healthier simply by getting adequate sleep.
